I am sure by now you all know how much I have been taking care of my hair. Recently I came across this Satthwa hair oil. This hair oil does not contain any preservatives and is a paraben free hair oil. The Satthwa hair oil claims to slow the premature greying, prevents dandruff, stops hair fall and promotes hair growth. I have used it 4 times in the last 3 weeks and it has to be used for 3-4 months to see actual results.
This oil comes in a simple yet sturdy transparent plastic bottle packaging with a flip top cap. The bottle looks really classy and cute. The product size is very travel friendly and doesn’t leak or spill on its own. The texture of the oil is fairly thick as compared to other hair oils that I have tried, and is a pale yellow coloured oil. It has a mild fragrance which is very pleasant. The hair oil is a blend of Almond oil, Castor oil, Coconut oil, Grapeseed oil, Emu Oil, Amla Oil, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E, Olive oil.
On application, it spreads easily on the hair and a little is needed every time. The oil doesn’t feel sticky on the hair at all but it is not light either as it has a medium consistency which is as mentioned is a relatively thicker.
I love to use it overnight but it can also be used approximately 2 hours before the hair wash. I like to apply it on the scalp with my finger tips and massage it for 3-4 minutes and then I take a little bit of the oil for my hair lengths.
It gets rinsed off very easily and it nourishes the hair thoroughly making it soft, manageable and tangle free.
I don’t have grey hair, so I cant really comment on that aspect, but this has definitely promoted hair growth, nourished them and has even reduced my hair fall significantly which is a major point of relief for me. I started to have a tad bit of dandruff problem in my recent days but fortunately this hair oil has made my scalp much more cleaner and healthy now, I wouldn’t say that my dandruff problem has eradicated entirely but the condition is much better. Overall, this hair oil has really worked in my favour and I will continue to use it.
It retails for 599 for a product size of 100 ml and you can buy it online on Flipkart(https://goo.gl/VOyP9d) and Paytm(https://goo.gl/OyYeIq). I feel that it is a bit pricey for the quantity it comes but it is because of the quality of oils used to produce it and it is worth for the price. The 100 ml will last fairly long as it does not require a lot of oil to be used as you’d need tad bits for every use!
For everyone who is looking for a 100 % natural and chemical free hair oil, which can effectively tackle hair problems, then you must give this hair oil a try!
