Traditional Muse

I love wearing Indian wear outfits and although I don’t wear or shoot them too often, whenever I do, I surely enjoy it a lot. I wouldn’t be very far from the truth when I say, every Indian girl likes to dress up in Indian attire and feel like a princess coz there is truly no western attire that can ignite that ‘adah’ factor in a girl!

With weddings happening left and right, I felt like I wanted to dress up as a bride too and prance around in a garden and see how I felt. Weirdly, no matter how childish I feel in my sweatpants, the moment I donned the attire, I felt like there was an innate sense of self-awareness every step of the way. And now, I cannot wait to shoot an Indian wear look again!

My outfit today is a mix and match of two different outfits wherein the Lehenga is separate while the blouse and the dupatta belongs to an all-together different outfit. All my jewellery is from Jivaana. Jivaana is a multi designer store that puts together a curated selection of ethnic, festive garments and accessories such as gold plated jewellery, shoes, purses and potlis and much more. The jewellery ranges from delicate to ornate pieces, traditional to contemporary, there’s something for every person!

Here are a few links here from where I bought the jewelry I’m wearing today- Gold Necklace For Women , Designer Jewellery , Designer Earrings.

You can hover and select for yourself as well. The pieces that I’m wearing resonated the most with my personal style choices. With the liberty to layer, there’s a lot many ways these can be worn to look different and unique every time.
